Burger lovers, it’s time to rejoice. Louisville’s uber-popular $5 burger week is back.
For one week only, more than 20 restaurant locations around Kentuckiana will be serving up your favorite burgers for just $5. From gourmet blends to off-menu specialties, each restaurateur and chef will prepare their unique take on the burger for the event July 22-28.
Presented by the Kentucky Beef Council, the seven-day Louisville Burger Week offers you a chance to sink your teeth into crave-worthy creations — some created especially just for the event — along with Goodwood beer pairings, Coopers’ Craft bourbon specials and more.
Each burger will be offered at the low price point to get people “to embrace the food, culture and Louisville-love while getting them out to eat, drink, and try new places,” according to its website.
Here’s how it works: Pick up a Burger Passport and get it stamped at least four times at participating locations throughout the week and be eligible for a grand prize drawing featuring a Grill and Ultimate Grill Out.

Or take a bite out of “The Best Figgin’ Burger” at Griff’s, 133 W. Liberty St., which is a 1/2-pound house burger blend, topped with fig jam, Gorgonzola cheese, beer braised onions and arugula, all served on a fresh potato bun.
