“So much water in poop?!”

Since we were kids, we’ve been told by our parents that we should eat lots of fruits and vegetables, to make sure that we get enough fibre and nutrients
Sure we make sure to consume it, but how much do we really know about fibre, what it does to our body, and how it affects our bowel movements? Plus, how much do we know about the thing we do every day – poop?

The challenge: participants had to answer questions about fibre and poop while maintaining their balance in a squatting position
The reward: for every correct answer, we gave them RM5 cash. The more questions they answer correctly, the more money they won!
Some breezed through the questions…
